Exhibition Rüdisühli (who painted a lot of Böcklin's pastiches)
The Yager Museum at Hartwick College is hosting the U.S. premiere exhibition of The Rüdisühli: A Family of Painters from the collection of Johannes Neckermann.
The exhibition is on view at the College’s Yager Museum through Sunday, January 6, 2002.
Hartwick College, Oneonta, NY 13820
A catalogue highlighting the exhibit will be available.
The Yager Museum and Museum Shop hours are Tuesday – Friday, noon – 4:30 p.m.; Saturday, 11 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; and Sunday, 1 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Berlin version can be seen again
After a three-and-a-half year renovation project, the jewel of Berlin’s museum island, the Alte Nationalgalerie, reopened Sunday, December 2. The Böcklin's masterpiece "Die Toteninsel" can be seen again.
So Berlin version and NewYork one are in their own home, Basler Version and Leipzig one exhibited in Paris, Museum of Orsay until Jan,13th, 2002

EXHIBITION ISLE OF THE DEAD IN MEAUX UNTIL JANUARY 13th
WE ARE VERY PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE FIRST EXHIBITION DEDICATED TO ARNOLD BÔCKLIN'S MASTERPIECE. In the same time of the exhibition A.Böcklin in Musée d'Orsay (Paris) and Kunstmuseum (Bâle), the Museum Bossuet, in Meaux (near Paris) will present: an homage to the Isle of the dead by 60 Europeen Artists. A project by French painter Pierre Peyrolle.
EXHIBITION: OCTOBER 13th, 2001 - JANUARY 13th, 2002
